Finn McCahon-Jones was an excellent host at Crown Lynn Pottery when nearly 20 members and supporters from Parnell Heritage visited on 6th August 2016. He welcomed us all in a friendly and relaxed way and allowed us to explore the site and exhibits, and also to watch videos of the potteries in the 1950/60’s.
Finn gave detailed history of the site including anecdotes about the founder Tom Clark and his aunt (the latter was a very accomplished potter). Finn’s knowledge, enthusiasm and love of pottery and ceramics was most evident and we all enjoyed the visit despite the cold wet weather!
